PUBLICATION Escalas is a map of images. Just like all conventional maps, Escalas is a substantially difficult object. It is made by layers that unfold, without anything being revealed immediately; large enough to not see it on a coffee table, it never returns in the same way to its initial form. Earn the manners the use gives it. It is a consultation paper where you can visit all the scales I lingered during maste’s project. You can see the drawings, sketches, and notes, the transformations that occurred in the studio. Each fold downward (two-sided) corresponds to the process developed for each of the five main works of the project: Exercício de voo nº1 (2023), Friso (2023), Earth from above (2022-2023), Ensaio sobre escalas (2021-2022) and Cubo de Escala (2023). It is expected that whoever owns it may be able to break it.
